The STEM Titans program from STEM Academic Solutions (SAS) was created to meet exactly that demand.

Co-founder Bob Budah, a camp owner for over 50 years, created a highly successful STEM camp program that significantly increased both enrollment and revenue at his own camp. Recognizing the growing industry need, he partnered with longtime educator Leslie Watnick to bring this opportunity to camps nationwide.

Meet the Founders

About STEM Academic Solutions (SAS)

STEM Academic Solutions was founded by two leaders with a combined 90+ years of experience in camps and STEM education.

Bob Budah – Co-Founder
With more than five decades of camp leadership, Bob understands the evolving expectations of families and the competitive landscape of youth programming. His own STEM program served as the foundation for STEM Titans and continues to inspire SAS’s mission to help camps thrive.

Leslie Watnick – Co-Founder
Leslie brings 40 years of experience in education, including over 20 years specifically dedicated to developing and teaching STEM classes. She is currently an exclusive instructor for BOCES of Long Island, where she trains teachers to incorporate AI into their curriculum. Her expertise ensures that STEM Titans is engaging, accessible, and easy for camps to run.

Together, Bob and Leslie designed STEM Titans as an exciting, ready-to-implement program that fits seamlessly into any camp environment.
